Privacy Policy

NVPrompts LLC ("NVPrompts", "we", "us", "our") is a California-based company operating nvprompts.com. This policy describes what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: hello@nvprompts.com.

We only collect what we need to run our services:

• Contact form. Name, email, company (optional), and message when you submit a lead through /#contact.
• Newsletter. Email address when you subscribe from the footer or a popup.
• PromptScore. The prompt text you paste to be scored, the model and use case you pick, your NovaScore result, and interaction events (which buttons you clicked). Each browser is tagged with a random session identifier stored in your browser's local storage; we do not link this identifier to your name or email unless you also submit a form on the site.
• Account (admin only). Email and hashed password for accounts allowed into /admin. Regular visitors do not create accounts on this site.
• Analytics. If you accept our cookie banner, we load Plausible Analytics, which records pageviews, referrer, browser, country, and device type without cookies or cross-site tracking.
• Server logs. Standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) are retained for a short period to secure the site and detect abuse.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not sell personal information.

• Respond to contact-form submissions and provide services you request.
• Send the monthly newsletter (only to addresses that subscribed).
• Operate PromptScore, improve scoring quality, and understand which prompt patterns the tool needs to handle better.
• Secure the site, prevent spam, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your information to train third-party generative AI models. We do not sell your information. We do not run ad-targeting cookies.

If you are in the EU/UK, we rely on the following bases:

• Consent — for the newsletter and for optional analytics. Withdraw any time by unsubscribing or by resetting your consent in the banner.
• Legitimate interest — to respond to leads you send us and to keep our site secure. You can object at any time.
• Contract — to deliver work to clients who engage us.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, under written data-protection terms:

• Lovable Cloud / Supabase — database, authentication, and backend hosting.
• Email delivery — the transactional email provider used to send confirmations and lead notifications from notify.nvprompts.com.
• Plausible Analytics — privacy-first, EU-hosted analytics (loaded only after you accept the banner).
• Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, and asset delivery.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

We keep contact-form submissions, newsletter subscriptions, and PromptScore events until you ask us to delete them, or until they are no longer needed for the purpose we collected them. Email us at hello@nvprompts.com to request deletion. Server security logs are retained for a short rolling period.

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR/UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you.
• Request a copy or portable export.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information.
• Withdraw consent for the newsletter or analytics.
• Opt out of "sharing" or "sale" of personal information — we do not sell or share your information in the CCPA/CPRA sense, but you can still confirm this by emailing us.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these, email hello@nvprompts.com. We will verify your request against the email address on file and respond within the time required by applicable law.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. When you accept the cookie banner we load Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal information. PromptScore stores a random session identifier and your consent choice in your browser's local storage; you can clear these at any time from your browser settings.

We use industry-standard practices including TLS in transit, row-level security on the database, hashed passwords for admin accounts, and least-privilege service credentials. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected vulnerabilities to hello@nvprompts.com.

NVPrompts LLC is based in California, USA. If you access the site from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
