These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nvprompts.com, PromptScore, and any other services offered by NVPrompts LLC ("NVPrompts", "we", "us"). By using the site, submitting a form, or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

PromptScore and other free tools on the site are provided "as is" for informational and educational purposes. NovaScores and suggested rewrites are generated programmatically and do not constitute professional advice. Do not paste confidential information, regulated data (PHI, PCI, government IDs, etc.), or anything you are not authorized to disclose.

You retain ownership of prompts you submit. You grant NVPrompts a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store and process those prompts and derived events to operate and improve the tool, as described in the Privacy Policy.

When you subscribe, you consent to receive marketing emails from NVPrompts. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing hello@nvprompts.com.

Submitting the contact form is a request to discuss potential work; it does not create a client relationship. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

You agree not to:

• Use the site to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, or reverse-engineer the site or its underlying infrastructure.
• Submit false, misleading, or automated form entries, or spam.
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or contains malware.
• Scrape or bulk-collect any part of the site without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or restrict access to anyone who violates these Terms, with or without notice.

All content on the site — copy, code, design, branding, PromptScore scoring rubric, and the NVPrompts name and logo — is owned by NVPrompts LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, republish, or use our content commercially without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of freely provided tools.

The site may link to or integrate with third-party services (analytics, email delivery, hosting). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

THE SITE AND ALL TOOLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT PROMPTSCORE RESULTS ARE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NVPROMPTS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE TOOLS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE FREE PORTIONS OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NVPrompts LLC from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you have under your local law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
