We do something a little unusual for a new agency: we're documenting how we get our own first clients, in public, using the exact methodology we sell.
Most agencies pitch growth hacking. We're running it — on ourselves — before we run it for you.
Why build in public
Founders don't hire agencies on faith anymore. They want to see the work. So instead of polishing a portfolio we don't have yet, we're showing the process as it happens: which channels we're testing, what's converting, what's flopping, and why.
The playbook, in short
Every cycle we run follows the same four-stage loop we use for clients:
- Diagnose — audit the funnel, figure out the highest-leverage channel to test first.
- Experiment — run rapid, AI-assisted tests across outreach, content, and positioning.
- Scale — put more weight behind whatever's actually converting.
- Automate — turn the winner into a repeatable system instead of a one-off effort.
Right now, that means testing cold outreach and build-in-public content across a few different customer segments simultaneously, tracking reply rates and meetings booked for each, and being honest here about which ones are working.
What's next
Follow along for the real numbers — reply rates, what messaging landed, what a founding client pilot actually looked like. If you're building something and curious whether this approach would work for you, that's exactly what a Growth Audit is for.
